Hilton Falls

The temperature finally climbed up to above zero today and when the sun started to appear I thought it would be a great idea to hike out to Hilton Falls. As I drove into Milton the sun was nowhere to be seen, hiding behind gray clouds. I decided to hike out to the falls anyway. This is what I found after the 45 minute hike out.

The falls was almost entirely frozen over.

The sun went down leaving a nice glow in the distance.

I tried a couple of close ups with some of the found items along the trail.

When I finally made it down the hill, only the glow of sun was left. I made one last shot before heading out to my car.

The last shot was well worth the trip out.
